Spies cognac X.O. has been aged for 25 years in Limogines Oak barrels. When you taste this cognac it has a strong rancio, meaning ‘a rich taste palate’ with flavor of ripe fruits, hazelnut & coffee. This rancio develops with cognac only after aging in oak barrels for over 15 years.

The X.O. goes well with older French cheeses, pate but also with desserts!
